Immerse yourself in the most eagerly awaited celebration of Belgian beer! Belgian Beer Weekend returns to the Grand-Place from Friday September 5 to Sunday September 7, 2025. Nearly 50 breweries, over 500 beers to taste, a festive atmosphere and all-new entertainment await you! And good news: admission is free! Who said September was synonymous with depression?
The Grand-Place transformed for this event dedicated to Belgian beer
For three days, the historic heart of Brussels becomes a den for beer lovers. From 5.30pm on Friday, the stalls open and glasses clink until 10.30pm. On Saturday and Sunday, they open at noon. The selection ranges from famous IPAs to fruity lambics, refreshing seasonal beers and legendary Trappist beers.
Here, microbreweries rub shoulders with the great brewing names for a total discovery of Belgian know-how. To get the most out of the event, remember to pack light: backpacks and luggage are forbidden, but you can leave your luggage at Radical Storage just a stone’s throw away (€6.75/day). Pets stay at home, except for assistance dogs, and access is simplified by the proximity of the Central Station.
