Ready to book?
What does this Gault&Millau award-winning restaurant have to offer?
In early November 2024, Gault&Millau published the 22nd edition of its guide. In this eagerly-awaited publication, foodistas can discover the Chef of the Year 2025, as well as other award-winners. Among them, the Babam restaurant is one of the “discoveries of the year”. To get there, you have to go to Watermael-Boitsfort, one of the 19 communes making up the Brussels-Capital Region. A little address outside the city center that’s well worth the trip!

At this bistronomic address, the chef’s family recipes meet contemporary, modern cuisine. At lunchtime, you’ll find a bistro menu that changes weekly. In the evening, Babam offers a three-course tasting menu at just €48 ! On your plates, simple, seasonal products are sublimated for an authentic culinary experience. If the evening menu changes every six weeks to keep pace with the seasons! For a more exclusive experience, you can always choose from the à la carte dishes. Right now: pâté en croute maison, Cassolette de la grand-mère and Babam’s chocolate mousse. We’re already salivating!
