What better way to end the year than to bring young and old together in the darkness of a theater? With over 24 performances in all, the Noël au Théâtre festival has once again established itself as the must-attend event of the festive season in Brussels. Supported by the CTEJ (Chambre des Théâtres pour l’enfance et la jeunesse – Chamber of Theatres for Children and Young People), this year’s festival features a rich and eclectic program for all ages, transforming winter into an enchanted interlude. Theater, dance, entertainment… and even a festive dance party – this year’s festival once again pushes back expectations and celebrates live entertainment in all its forms.
A program to delight the whole family

This year’s festival continues to surprise and delight all audiences. From theater and dance to puppets, object theater and readings, each show is designed to captivate young and old alike. Visitors can take advantage of special opportunities to meet the artists on stage, discuss their creations and discover the magic behind the scenes.
To extend the experience, Christmas snacksand fun visits to the Children’s Museum round off the program, while a free Super Boum invites children to end the day on a festive and joyous note. Each performance is an invitation to share laughter, emotions and artistic discoveries with the whole family, in a friendly and enchanting setting.
Festival Noël au Théâtre – emblematic venues and a committed festival

The festival blossoms in a dozen Brussels partner venues, all of them emblematic and easily accessible, where the stage becomes a space for meeting and sharing. Since its creation in 1982, thanks to the initiative of theaters performing in schools and the complicity of a number of cultural venues, the event has grown to become a not-to-be-missed end-of-year rendezvous. Organized by the CTEJ – Chambre des Théâtres pour l’Enfance et la Jeunesse – the festival promotes access to culture from an early age, and supports the promotion of French-speaking companies from the Wallonia-Brussels Federation. With accessible prices and multiple performances to suit families, this edition is the perfect cultural plan to close the year in Brussels in the magic and conviviality of live entertainment.
