Listen Festival: 10 Years of Electronic Music in Brussels
The history of the Listen Festival began in 2016, with the goal of creating a festival in Brussels dedicated to alternative electronic music. Over the past ten years, the project has evolved: initially focused on house and techno, Listen has gradually expanded its lineup to include a wide range of genres, including techno, house, drum & bass, dubstep, and hyperpop, among others. The festival also seeks to highlight local talent in its lineup.
Over the past 10 years, the festival has hosted more than 600 DJs and live artists, with names such as Bicep, Helena Hauff, Omar S, Actress, VTSS, Young Marco, Acid Arab, KI/KI, John Talabot, Altin Gun, Le Motel, Lefto, Alia, Nosedrip, and CJ Bolland having performed at its various editions. At its most recent edition, the festival welcomed approximately 20,000 visitors.

A sprawling electronic music festival
This is probably what makes the Listen Festival in Brussels so special: the festival spans different neighborhoods and takes over clubs and cultural institutions. Over the course of its history, Listen has notably taken over Brussels-Central, the C12, the Fuse, Flagey, the Botanique, the Halles de Schaerbeek, and even the National Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Koekelberg. The festival has also taken over underground spaces, notably the Cinquantenaire tunnels.

15 venues and over 24 hours of celebration for the anniversary edition
For the 2026 edition of the Listen Festival, the organizers are changing the format. After several years as a multi-day festival, the event will this time focus on a massive marathon lasting over 24 hours, from Saturday, November 21, to Sunday, November 22.
The concept is simple: a single ticket grants access to all 15 festival venues and events. The lineup, just unveiled on the official website, features over 50 artists, blending international headliners with the local Brussels scene. Among the confirmed names: Tiga, a techno legend and founder of Turbo Recordings; Avalon Emerson; producer Zora Jones; Mike Servito; as well as dubstep and drum ’n’ bass legends Mala and Dillinja; and bass music prodigies Kode 9 B2B Tim Reaper, alongsideAntal B2B Lefto Early Bird, Nosedrip, tINI, KŌMA, LAURAVIOLI, DTM Funk… A total of 50 confirmed and emerging artists from today’s electronic music scene.
