Spring has barely arrived, and we’re already looking forward to summer. Picnics, terraces with friends and open-air concerts… there’s plenty to look forward to in the warmer months. And speaking of open-air concerts, the Place des Palais has some surprises in store for us this summer. No less than four music legends will be giving concerts under the stars all summer long, to our great delight. Bruxelles Secrète tells you more about what’s in store.
What open-air concerts will take place in Brussels this summer?
Yesterday, we learned that Lady Gaga will be giving a surprise concert this November in Antwerp. She will thus follow in the footsteps of Dua Lipa, who will also be at the Sportpaleis in June 2025. But there’s no need to wait that long and travel to the Flemish Arena to get your groove on. This summer, it’s all happening in Brussels. From June to August, big names from the international music scene will take turns on the Place des Palais for a series of open-air concerts that already promise to be legendary. So grab your diaries and make room for the musical events to follow:
- Neil Young & The Chrome Hearts will perform on June 30, 2025 as part of the Brussels Palace Open Air.
- Jean-Michel Jarre will give a concert on July 1, 2025, also as part of the Brussels Palace Open Air.
- Kraftwerk announces an open-air show on August 14, 2025 at the Royal Palace Open Air.
- Solomun, invited by Hangar, will perform on August 15, 2025 for an open-air event in front of the Royal Palace.
Folk rock, electronic music, deep house… These open-air concerts will provide a unique setting for these prestigious musical performances. This summer 2025, the Place des Palais will be transformed into a new venue of choice for major musical events in Brussels!
