Celebrate gay aesthetics with Pinkie Ponkie, a flamboyant show by Compagnie Thor
Pinkie Ponkie is a wacky celebration of the gay icons that have shaped artist Thierry Smits‘ aesthetic. Set to LGBTQIA+ pop music and hijacked classics, two men engage in a provocative dance, reinventing references ranging from Cocteau to Lil Nas X, via Genet and Lady Gaga. Between humor and eroticism, this psychedelic show revisits “gaytitude” with audacity and irreverence. Attention nudity. Tickets are available on the company’s website.
