After establishing Seven as a go-to spot in Uccle, the two entrepreneurs behind this new venture are taking things to the next level with Eight. New neighborhood, new energy, but the same commitment to quality. This time, they’re taking on the bagel, with the goal of restoring its rightful place in Brussels’ food scene.
