On October 18, Museum Night Fever transforms Brussels into an artistic playground . From 7pm to 1am, 33 museums open their doors for performances, installations and unexpected surprises. A night to explore, vibrate and rediscover the city in a whole new way.
Museums transformed into living stages
For its 18th edition, Museum Night Fever puts Brussels in the spotlight. Between Brussels-City, Ixelles, Saint-Josse-ten-Noode and Schaerbeek, 33 museums open their doors for over 100 activities. Queer music and dance at Art & Marges and the Old Masters Museum, drag and opera at La Monnaie, reflections on colonial heritage at Bozar and Les Halles Saint-Géry… Each venue offers a unique experience, sometimes offbeat, often immersive. Even the Brussels dialect finds its place at AMVB via slam poetry.
An inclusive and festive urban tour
The evening is not limited to a simple visit. Museum Night Fever is open to all. Ten museums have been awarded the Open Museum label for their accessibility. What’s more, a wide range of activities have been adapted to suit everyone (sign language, mediation, participative experiences). Transport is also included in the ticket. Historic shuttles, streetcar 92 and Noctis buses run until 1 a.m., while Dott and Heetch offer discounts for scooters, bikes and cabs. A standard ticket costs €17 and gives you access to all 33 museums, with the option of returning to a participating museum until November 23. What’s more, the €27 combination ticket includes an afterparty at Le Botanique or C12.
Art deco, performance and Brussels nights
The 2025 edition also celebrates the centenary of Art Deco in Brussels, visible at Halles Saint-Géry, the BELvue Museum and the Musée Art & Histoire. Lovers of Art Nouveau are not left out with Lab-An x Hôtel Van Eetvelde. From 11pm, two afterparties extend the night. Le Botanique for live immersion to wild rhythms, and C12 for 18+ on electrifying beats. Between heritage, experimentation and celebration, Museum Night Fever transforms Brussels into a vibrant nocturnal journey, where every corner of the museum holds a surprise!
