Add to that a selection of gourmet dessertsand a few weekly specials to keep things fresh for regulars. On the drink menu, spritzes, signature cocktails, and local beers take center stage . On weekends, the atmosphere steps it up a notch with a more curated music lineup and a few special events. Under the direction of Matthieu Lagarde, the venue is living up to its ambition: to bring the downtown area to life and offer an accessible, festive, and distinctly Brussels-style experience.
