Aahhh, good old tacos, crispy fries and dripping cheese (yes, we’re talking about the European version of tacos!). By the way, did you know that tacos (which have little to do with Mexican tacos) were invented just outside Lyon, France, in 1993? Here’s our selection of the best “French-style” tacos in Brussels!
Brussels’ best tacos, French version
O’ Tacos: the closest to you
O’ Tacos is the big boss of tacos in Brussels. With numerous restaurants throughout the city, this chain offers generally fast service, decent tacos (or bowls!) and attractive prices. A sure bet.

Chamas Tacos: the most French
If, like us, you think it’s the cheese that makes the taco, then this is the place to go. Try the signature tacos, like the Supême Raclette, for example. It’s a delicious combination of finely chopped bacon, mozzarella, your choice of one or more meats, all topped with raclette cheese. Decadent as can be!

Snack Bockstael: the best atmosphere
Home-cooked dishes, delicious crispy fries, melt-in-your-mouth tacos and, above all, a warm, friendly and helpful team – these are just some of the highlights of this friendly establishment in the north of the city.
