Autumn is upon us, and with it comes an address that warms hearts: the Chalet de l’Amusoir. From September 30, fondues and raclettes will be served in a mountain atmosphere without leaving Belgium.
A corner of the Alps in the heart of Brussels
Who says you have to cross the border to enjoy a chalet atmosphere? With its two floors of warm wood and large tables, Chalet de l’Amusoir welcomes families, friends and colleagues in an atmosphere worthy of an Alpine refuge. There are no skis or slopes here, just Savoyard and Burgundy fondues, Swiss cheese raclettes and even a truffle version to tantalize the taste buds.
A paradise of generosity
The formula is simple: all you can eat. Melt-in-the-mouth cheeses, charcuterie, potatoes, salads and marinated meats follow one another without restraint, accompanied by a glass of wine, beer or soft drink. For dessert, there’s homemade chocolate mousse and a digestif to prolong the evening. Laugh, share and enjoy: that’s the spirit of après-ski.
An eagerly-awaited return every year
More than just a restaurant, the Chalet de l’Amusoir has become an unmissable seasonal rendezvous in Brussels. A gourmet interlude where you can forget the gloom and rediscover the warmth, conviviality and good food of winter. So, are you ready to dip your fork in the melted cheese? Join us on September 30 at Chaussée de Bruxelles, Waterloo, for the long-awaited reopening.
