Pierre Marcolini

Do we really need to introduce him? Pierre Marcolini is the star of chocolatiers, and incidentally our favorite. Yes, his chocolates aren’t cheap, but they’re damn good! Tablets, macaroons, truffles, chocolate bars, jams, cakes… we’re already salivating! We also commend the chocolatier for its commitment to sustainable chocolate and fair-trade cocoa production.

Neuhaus

Legend has it that pharmacist Jean Neuhaus invented the chocolate tile: for good reason, he used it to dress his medicines to make them taste better! In 1912, when he replaced the medicine with fresh cream, he unknowingly created the first real praline. One hundred years later, Maison Neuhaus chocolates still make our mouths water.
