Gaston ice cream parlour dazzled gourmets last year with a collection of homemade ice-cream logs that caused a sensation. La Couleur Café combined kahlua coffee ice cream, speculoos chips and a caramel passion heart. The Bûche Ispahan combined chocolate and pistachio, topped with a matcha tea glaze. Chocolate lovers were delighted by the Kosmik, a delight of macaé pecan chocolate and Tahitian vanilla. Cokoa
Cokoa draws its inspiration from nature to create innovative pastries, combining creativity and harmony with the seasons. Although the 2024 range of logs is not yet available, last year’s creations caused quite a stir. The Akna log, for example, features a light chestnut mousse with a heart of 40% cream panna cotta and a sobacha and almond crunch. For a fresher end to the meal, the Sakari log is excellent. It marries a coconut cloud mousse with mango compote and a heart of lime caramel. Topped with a crunchy hemp and coconut cookie!
