What if the greatest athlete in the house wore a collar instead of a bib? On September 14, Brussels welcomes its very first Olympic Games for dogs, the Dogolympics! The event will take place at the Bois de la Cambre – Carrefour des Attelages for a free day of complicity between humans and their four-legged companions.
Olympic spirit… on four legs
You don’t have to be a world champion to take part in the Dogolympics – here, complicity is what counts. Organized by the City of Brussels, this unique event transforms the peaceful Bois de la Cambre – Carrefour des Attelages into a veritable playground for dogs and humans. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or an ultra-connected duo, you’ll be able to take part in a whole range of activities! A canicross, an accompanied walk, a doga session (yes, yes, yoga for dogs!), among others!
Activities for humans and animals

At the heart of this day like no other, a “Dog Village” awaits you, with challenges designed to strengthen the bond between owners and dogs. Games of skill, scent tests, a good owner quiz, professional advice or a souvenir photobooth… Each duo will also leave with a diploma and a surprise! And because effort deserves reward, mini-pools for the pooches and foodtrucks (with an artisanal ice-cream parlour!) for the humans will be on hand to refresh minds and paws alike.
A feel-good event not to be missed

Admission is free, smiles are guaranteed, and even without a dog, the atmosphere promises to be as happy as it is barky. It’s the ideal opportunity to discover the Bois de la Cambre – Carrefour des Attelages in a different way, meet enthusiasts, and be part of an initiative that’s as much fun as it is caring. A word of advice: come early, as the event starts at 1.30pm, and the dogs are likely to steal the show from the humans…
