In the Châtelain district, a cult address is coming back to life: Odette en Ville. After a subtle but daring metamorphosis, the emblematic restaurant unveils a revisited cuisine, a fresher atmosphere and an intact identity.
A renaissance in the heart of Le Châtelain
Odette en Ville is elegance incarnate in a 1920s mansion, where Brussels gourmets and curious travelers meet. After a hiatus dedicated to renovations, the cult address of the Litvine Society group is back in the spotlight. Rejuvenated facade, modernized kitchen, redesigned menu! Everything has been thought out to extend its aura without betraying its cosy, cosmopolitan spirit.
A balanced menu

At the helm, Executive Chef Nelson Vander Meuter has reimagined the culinary score with the help of Vladimir Litvine. Faithful to Odette’s DNA, he has created a menu where in-house classics and original creations play off each other brilliantly. The must-try dishes – crispy rice with salmon, lobster ravioli – sit alongside gourmet novelties such as chicken with morel mushrooms, linguine with whole lobster or Black Angus prime rib cut for large tables. For dessert, the temptation is total: crêpes Suzette, pavlova or dame blanche minute, which could well become the best in Brussels.
Elegance, always
While the food may have become more audacious, the soul of the place remains intact. The chic decor is a blend of London, Paris and New York inspirations, and the warm welcome that has made Odette en Ville’s reputation. More than just a restaurant, it’s an experience. A Brussels house where refinement and conviviality meet, and where every meal becomes a memorable rendezvous.
