Located in the heart of Brussels, Artisauce is a restaurant unlike any other. Here, every plate is a story, between carefully selected local products and bold creativity. Between sea and land, gastronomy becomes a living, artisanal and surprising experience.
A culinary philosophy apart

Located in Ixelles, Artisauce stands out for its committed vision: artisanal, responsible cuisine deeply rooted in seasonality. Karim and Adrien, a duo of complementary chefs, focus on the right gesture and the quality of products rather than on fashion. In a warm and welcoming setting, their dishes tell a story in which the origin of ingredients counts as much as the harmony of flavors.
The sea and the land in harmony

Menus evolve with the seasons, highlighting fresh, often little-known products. Sea crudos, line-caught fish, local seaweed and ancient vegetables make up surprising creations that combine subtlety and powerful flavor. Each dish, delicately balanced, reflects Karim’s Mediterranean inspiration and Adrien’s pastry finesse. The result: a festival of textures and tastes that surprises with every bite.
The Artisauce experience

Beyond the table, Artisauce is a committed place: handpicked local producers, homemade sauces and breads, thoughtful sea-land associations. Whether it’s an express lunch or a multi-course tasting menu, the house offers affordable yet refined gastronomy. Among the seasonal suggestions, red tuna is paired with pistacchio del Bronte, pecorino and smoked ventrèche, while turbot is accompanied by chanterelles, zucchini flowers, peas and a brown shellfish consommé. Pagre crudo, meanwhile, surprises with fermented cherries, blue codium and watermelon water. Here, every meal is an invitation to rediscover Brussels in a different way, through true, generous cuisine.
