At Bruxelles Secrète, we love Japanese cuisine. And as you already know, we also love raclette. So when we heard about this incredible recipe for Yakitori skewers with raclette, our taste buds went wild!
For 10 skewers
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
10 slices grison meat (or equivalent)
5 cl soy sauce
10 slices, or approx. 225 g raclette cheese (we recommend Valais AOC or Entremont)
10 cl white wine
1 tbsp honey
10 wooden picks
Recipe
Pour the soy sauce into a saucepan, along with the white wine and honey. Stir and bring to the boil.
Arrange the slices of grison on a plate and pour 3/4 of the soy-wine-honey mixture over them. Leave to marinate for around half an hour.
Once well marinated, wrap the meat slices around the cheese slices, securing with wooden picks.
Soak the bottom of a frying pan with 1/4 of the remaining marinade, and cook the yakitoris for about 5 minutes, turning halfway through when the cheese is just starting to melt.
Serve with rice.
You can now enjoy your Yakitori skewers. Enjoy your meal!
