At the edge of the forest and on the edge of the Forêt de Soignes, several addresses combining nature and taste experience welcome you all year round, while others are open only in fine weather. With summer just around the corner, we take another look at these food spots between town and country.
Aum: Indian cuisine and a setting in communion with the forest
Côté Quatre Bras. With its woody tones, brown hues and muffled ceilings that let in the light in increments, Aum seems to be immersed in the forest. Its décor (interior & terrace) seems to mirror nature. The Indian-inspired dishes are delicious and expertly seasoned, and the cocktails are soothing and original.

Soko: the Forêt de Soignes from above
Côté Quatre Bras. On May 2, rooftop Soko reopened its doors to the public for a season suspended in the air above the flourishing Forêt de Soignes. Its vast roof terrace and unique panorama can be visited at sunset (for added poetry), with planks to share, creative cocktails and sweet dreamy tunes.

Dolce La Hulpe: relaxation and immersion in the heart of the Forêt de Soignes
Côté La Hulpe. Dolce La Hulpe is an incredible hotel complex combining rooms, spa and restaurant. The main attraction is the hidden terrace in the heart of the forest (also known as “Bar Badian”). Soft, colorful benches, parasols, a total disconnect from the city… it’s a true haven of peace near Brussels.
