Well known among food lovers for its lush setting and timeless atmosphere, Le Barbizon unveils a completely reimagined identity. At the helm are Delphine Roberti de Winghe and Arnauld le Grelle, who were previously behind the revival of Le Corbier; they entrusted the project to Belgian interior designer Gérald Watelet. Their goal? To modernize the restaurant while preserving what has made it a success over the years. The result is a livelier, more contemporary space that is resolutely focused on the dining experience.
Three distinct worlds for a single getaway
The tone is set as soon as you walk in. An impressive Murano glass chandelier, touches of turquoise, and natural materials create a dramatic first impression. Further in, the main dining room evokes a winter garden with exotic accents. Velvet benches, plant elements, and bold patterns come together to create a warm and exotic setting. Just a few steps away, the lounge bar offers a more intimate atmosphere, perfect for extending the evening over a drink. Finally, a private lounge inspired by Asian palaces completes this decorative journey, conceived as a series of stops along the way.
