Calling all young foodies in Brussels! This fall, a restaurant in Schaerbeek will give them the chance to discover its cuisine at a more affordable price. Nocturlabe, the restaurant run by chef Benoît Bodivit, is joining Jong Keukengeweld, an initiative that showcases young chefs and allows 18- to 35-year-olds to discover their cuisine at a great value.
A three-course menu for €69
From October 1 to November 10, 2026, Nocturlabe will offer 18- to 35-year-olds a three-course menu for €69, accompanied by two glasses of wine and water. This package is designed as an introduction to Schaerbeek’s culinary scene, before guests may eventually return for the restaurant’s regular five-course menu.
This collaboration comes just a few months after Nocturlabe’s opening. In his small dining room, which seats 18, Benoît Bodivit is developing his own distinctive culinary style. His cuisine is guided by seasonal ingredients and falls somewhere between plant-based and seafood-inspired. The chef has previously worked at Comme Chez Soi, Villa Lorraine, and The Winery.
Two courses for a small dining room
For the occasion, Nocturlabe will also adjust its operating hours. Since the restaurant has only 18 seats, two seatings will be held each evening at 6:45 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. This will allow the restaurant to welcome more young guests as part of the promotion.
The Jong Keukengeweld initiative, led by Horeca Vlaanderen, brings together a selection of young chefs from Flanders and Brussels this year. Its goal is to allow 18- to 35-year-olds to discover restaurants through menus offered under specific terms.
You can book now
Reservations for this first period can be made via Yeat, Jong Keukengeweld’s partner platform. And it’s best to book early: with only 18 seats per seating, availability is inevitably limited. A second period is also planned, from March 1 to April 10, 2027—giving those who missed out on the first round a second chance.
