What if cooking became a collective game? IKEA is transforming Brussels into a culinary playground, with an ephemeral kitchen where you can prepare, taste and play (a Swedish card game!), without paying. A free, convivial experience that brings the art of sharing up to date.
An ephemeral kitchen in the heart of Brussels
Direction Chaussée de Charleroi, where IKEA has set up a unique culinary pop-up. Until October 11, IKEA is inviting groups of three to six people – friends, colleagues or family – to share a free breakfast, lunch or dinner. The brand provides everything: ingredients, aprons and equipment. All you need to bring is your appetite and the desire to share.
A shared experience
Beyond the meal, participants discover TIDSAMM, a game inspired by the Swedish fika – the convivial coffee break between friends and family. Developed in conjunction with the Positivologie association, the game invites participants to ask questions, laugh, chat and reconnect. The result: a blend of culinary workshop and board game that’s as good for the head as it is for the belly.
Book, play… and leave with a gift
On the practical side, places are limited. IKEA Family members had access to the first bookings from midday on September 12, with a nice bonus: a €25 IKEA gift voucher awarded after their participation. A second wave of registrations will open on September 26 for the final slots. The experience is free, but you’ll have to be quick to get your gourmet ticket!
