Less than an hour from Brussels, there’s a café where your dog isn’t just tolerated under the table— he’s truly part of the experience. Welcome to the Woof Café in Waterloo, a spot designed to let humans and their four-legged companions share a genuine moment together.
Here, dogs have their own menu, too
At the Woof Café, everyone gets their own little treats. While humans enjoy their coffee break, dogs can also treat themselves to treats made especially for them. The concept even goes so far as to offer dog-friendly versions of some classic afternoon treats! Take, for example, their take on the cappuccino—the “puppuccino”—in classic, banana, blueberry, or peanut butter flavors. You’ll also find “woofins” ( muffins made with rice and vegetables) and homemade waffles for dogs!
So the concept isn’t just about letting dogs into a traditional café. Here, everything is arranged so that dogs can fully enjoy their outing: toys, a dog-friendly space, time to socialize with other dogs, and treats to enjoy at the tables. And you don’t need to bring your own dog to stop by—the Woof Café also welcomes visitors who just want to enjoy the company of the dogs.
A café that has become so much more than just a café
Since its opening in the summer of 2025, the project has grown. The Woof Café is now home to the Woof Club, a world dedicated to canine well-being and recreation. Daycare, walks, events, workshops, a Dog Bakery, massages, osteopathy, training, and behavioral support: the range of services has expanded considerably.
At the Dog Bakery, you can order dog biscuits and birthday cakes, including customizable options and a selection of recipes with or without animal protein.
An outing to try with your companion
The café is currently open Friday through Sunday, with a time slot reserved for small dogs on Saturday mornings—for pups weighing 10 kg or less . You can now reserve a table online.
A rather unusual outing idea for a change from the traditional walk in the park—and above all, to give your dog a break where, for once, it seems like he’s the one who chose the spot.
