On Friday, July 3, the Mont des Arts will be more than just a thoroughfare—it will become a true open-air cultural stage. With Arts at Night, three major Brussels institutions are joining forces. They’re offering a late-night event where you can explore exhibitions, performances, concerts, and rooftop venues with a single ticket.
Three museums, one ticket
The concept is simple: a single ticket grants access to Bozar, the KBR Museum, and the Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium. This edition, titled “Shifting Gazes,” invites you to discover these three venues from a fresh perspective. At Bozar, don’t miss the exhibition “Picture Perfect: Beauty through a Contemporary Lens,” as well as Delcy Morelos’s monumental installation. At the KBR, precious medieval manuscripts interact with the temporary exhibition dedicated to Bart Van Loo and the Dukes of Burgundy. Finally, the Royal Museums invite you to rediscover their permanent collection, particularly through *Art x Gender*, an exhibition that explores the connections between art, identity, and representation.
Performances until nightfall
Throughout the evening, the exhibitions will be accompaniedby an eclectic artistic program. Visitors will encounter performances by Michelle Tshibola and Soa Ratsifandrihana, as well as concertsby Aisha Orazbayeva and Tony Njoku, not to mention MELANIN’s hybrid set, which will close out the evening at Bozar. The idea is not just to visit museums, but to experience a stroll where music, dance, video, and visual arts interact across different spaces at the Mont des Arts.
Two rooftop bars to experience Brussels in a whole new way
As the sun begins to set, head to the rooftops of Bozar and the KBR. On the program: DJ sets, concerts, cold drinks, and a panoramic view of the Brussels skyline. A food truck will also be set up near the Royal Museums, allowing you to extend the evening without leaving the neighborhood. With its accessible format, Arts at Night promises to be one of the most appealing cultural events of early summer. The event takes place on Friday, July 3, from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m., and standard tickets are priced at €15, with free admission for those under 18.
